Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Comprising a comfortable living room with a working open fireplace and sofa bed for extra guests, a modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a breakfast bar, two bedrooms 1 double & 1 king-size, with good storage space. A contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath. The cottage is fully equipped for up to 6 people and offers a homely, stylish space for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Fully renovated to a high standard in 2022, the cottage is the perfect base for those who wish to get off the beaten track. Explore the surrounding hills and woodlands by day, then curl up by the cosy woodburner in the evening. Edinburgh is just 40 minutes by car, but feels a world away in this peaceful rural retreat.

The Wash House: a Cosy Romantic Countryside Escape

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

Detached Lodge House, Sleeps 4

This traditional 18th-century detached gatehouse is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.

Crescent Cottage Luss Loch Lomond

Have a holiday in the village of Luss in a unique listed cottage on the banks of Loch Lomond. Luss village has its own pier with boat trips, Loch Lomond Faerie Trail, a beach and hiking, walking and cycling paths. The village, dating from the 18th century, became the setting for the successful TV soap Take the High Road. It is ideally located for exploring Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

Spectacular countryside on the doorstep. 45 minutes from Glasgow, 45 minutes from the M74.

A spacious and charming country cottage in a quiet setting close to the Campsie fells. The cottage is situated on a working farm and offers beautiful views of rural farmland. There is a garden area with lawn and decking. A Rayburn in the kitchen and a wood burning stove in the living room make for cosy nights in during the Scottish winter.
