Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

School House is an extended family home which offers a central location close to all amenities and is only 5 mins away from the picturesque harbour and beach and in close proximity to public transport. The property has a south facing garden with fish pond and a decked area which guests are more than welcome to use in the warmer months. Fife Coastal Path is easily accessible from the property. Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

Coorie Cottage is a charming wee fisherman's cottage situated at the end of the harbour, enjoying views of the sea as soon as you step out the door. Sitting right on the coastal path in the picturesque coastal village of St Monans. Perfect spot to explore this quaint little village and the surrounding villages of the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.

Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
