The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Relax & unwind in this light & airy space. The Meadows is set in a secluded & sunny spot with own driveway, with views of sheep fields opposite. There are French doors from the bedroom & lounge onto the large secluded patio with table, chairs & lounger. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lingfield racecourse. Gatwick 20 mins. Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

The Barn

Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. King size bed, with desk/dressing table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, wi-fi, TV (SKY) and sofa area. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.

A great place to explore Surrey's countryside and to relax in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Discount offered for stays of a week or more. 2 nights minimum stay.
