Situated close to the coast, and directly on the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham 8 mins, Norwich 25 mins, the property is ideally situated for great walks, cycling and day boating. Willow Place is next to Beech Place (sleeps 4) and Acorn Place (sleeps 6) each with private patio, garden and parking.

This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

The cottage is a perfect hideaway, with lots of charm and character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. A great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast by car, foot or by bike. The Weavers Way footpath is right on the doorstep for walking and cycling. Only 20 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.

Tail End is a pretty, topsy turvy, end of terrace cottage which sleeps four, in Stalham, a key village in the Broads National Park. It has been newly decorated and appointed throughout in 2021. It has a parking space and a little cottage garden. Its close to many beaches, right next to the Broads, and it's an ideal place to bike - flat and picturesque at the same time. It now has TV. It is pet friendly, too - your dog, cat, even your parrot, are welcome! Ask for details.
