The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Eco style property with great accessibility , nestled 3 mins walk from dog friendly Wittering and B.Bay beaches. On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Detached spacious private annex - West Wittering

"Sundeck Studio" is a self-contained private hideaway - just a minute walk and you are at one of the best windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddling, swimming and surfing beaches on the South Coast. Our newly refurbished open plan living/bedroom/kitchenette area opens out to a south facing "sun trap" deck shaded by an olive tree. Whether you just want to enjoy the sea, do a few yoga stretches, jog or just unwind-our exclusive location is great all times of the year.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
