This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
