From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is 8 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles are 10 minutes away, to name just a few. It’s a perfect space for a single traveler or a couple on a getaway.
