This is a very comfortable, fully renovated, private 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex. Good location in Edgewater, 10 minutes from downtown Denver! Take Uber straight into downtown, LoDo, LoHi, RiNo, Five Points, Highlands, Tennyson for great night life, restaurants, bars and museums. My place is very close to beautiful Sloan's Lake, with easy access to the breathtaking Rocky mountains, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden and 30 minutes from Boulder.

Fantastic location! In this updated mid-century modern ranch, you'll enjoy a three bedroom apartment (the whole main floor but totally private) along with a spacious kitchen, covered patio and large fenced yard (dog friendly)! The house is located on a quiet street but a short drive or bus ride away from everything Denver has to offer! Whether you're headed downtown for a concert or up to the mountains, this location is very centrally located, surrounded by amenities!

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

This one bedroom ranch style home also has a den with two couches and a comfortable futon that folds out into a bed for additional guest accommodations.
