You can park in our drive!

The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. A large colourful garden, with a tennis court and croquet lawn surround the property. Eas reach of the village, bus and train station within 3 minutes to Edinburgh.

My apartment is a traditional Victorian building, a 60 second walk to the beach and the Promenade - Portobello is the place to be if you want to experience more local life and enjoy the sea air and many brilliant restaurants, bars and shops whilst still being very close to the centre. Several direct & quick bus services to the city centre stop right across the road departing and arriving very regularly. Hope to hear from you!

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.

William offers guest parking for one car in his private driveway and an EV charging point (Type 2) as well as workspace and a super fast WiFi connection. A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
