The Bothy - a cosy cottage with stunning views

Glorious spring has arrived and the peaceful Wiltshire countryside has much to offer! There are beautiful walks to be had on the Salisbury Plain, at Stourhead, at Lacock Abbey to name but three and the cosy Bothy to come back to. Beautifully decorated, with a light airy feel and old pine flooring, it sits in our peaceful garden and has uninterrupted views of a charming, secluded Combe. For walkers, or anyone wishing to explore the West Country (and Bath) this is an ideal location.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The perfect family friendly retreat. Recently restored this pretty Georgian detached wharf cottage set within an acre of idyllic gardens abutting the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. Pigsty Cottage is a very spacious apartment within the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and secure parking. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.

The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.
