The mainline train station is a 5 min. walk with direct access to London Euston. You will find a smart TV, X-Box, fast broadband, work desk, board games, books, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, free parking and much more! Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside Free parking nearby

The Bluebird - Luxury Apartment

The Bluebird is a beautiful one bedroom apartment located in a most sought after road in Garston (Watford). The location is very quiet and peaceful. The property is in close proximity to Warner Brothers Studios ( Harry Potter tour). It is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 guests and a baby. We provide some basic breakfast ingredients ( cereal, jam, coffee, tea). There are also some groceries provided for your convenience.

It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
