Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This stunning flat is set in the stables of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Lodge at Gales Court, luxury log cabin

This hand built cedar log cabin is a cosy, comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 4 people. Situated in the Mendips, the views are outstanding. Nestled in a peaceful valley and overlooking surrounding farmland, it truly is a very special and relaxing place to stay. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs (dogs stay FREE). EV charging point. Nearest pub is a mile away. Midsomer Norton 1.5 miles, Wells 9.1 miles, Glastonbury 11 miles, Frome 8.4 miles, Bath 12 miles, Longleat 10 miles.

Rose Barn

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Restful Retreat with garden in Farrington Gurney

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

The Dovecote

This quaint little one bedroom cottage has bags of character. Originally a dovecote barn, it has been fully renovated to the highest of standards to offer a country getaway on the outskirts of Somerset. With the Cities of Wells, Bath and Bristol on our doorstep, and towns like Frome and Glastonbury only a short distance away, there is plenty of sightseeing and experiences to be had.
