Percy’s Wagon is a traditional gypsy wagon; with stunning views of the forest. Cooking facilities are available inc. an electric hob, fire pit for bbqs and wood fired pizza oven. Wood fired hot tub Ideally situated to explore Forest of Dean, Malvern Hills, Cotswolds, and Gloucester; racing and spa town of Cheltenham Spa, Symonds Yat, Monmouth and Chepstow. Sit & listen to the wildlife or enjoy some fabulous local walks in the woods. Dogs are welcome. Your stay provides tranquil time away.

1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. ‘Bertha’ is a 1947 restored Showman’s Wagon. Set in its own private garden, surrounded by secluded, beautiful, AONB countryside, situated between the villages of Cheddar and Draycott. The site is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, walkers, or those who wish to enjoy and explore the Mendips, the Somerset Levels, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and more. Ample parking, double bed, full kitchen, bathroom, c/heating, log burner, gas BBQ, fire pit, 2 x Bicycles. All in a unique private setting.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

All exclusive use. This one-of-a-kind Airstream conversion is bright, quirky & cozy with wood stove, king bed, sofa bed, plumbed wetroom, full kitchen + even doorbell! Retro made perfect.

Land Rover Hot Tub & Bluebird Penthouse

A beautifully restored 1950s caravan and a hot tub in a vintage Land Rover! The Bluebird Penthouse has panoramic views over Taw Valley, Devon, a 50s-era interior, and a touch of luxury. Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
