Unique Hobbit House with Garden, Fire Pit & Views

Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The Small Roundhouse .. relax in nature

The roundhouse is a beautifully crafted, cosy hideaway with simple, basic comforts. You sleep under a thick thatch roof on a comfortable double bed with storage drawers beneath, there's a small wood fired earth oven - fireplace for the colder months, there's a reading light and an electrical socket. It's small and cosy inside and full of character. You'll hear the sound of a trickling stream beneath the balcony, the soft hooting of owls in the night and the birdsong in the thickets about you.

Tinker is not shepherd huts! It's a Unique home, with all amenities. Two big showman’s wagons and an underground bothy. The wagons, one a lovely bedroom with a super king bed, the other a gorgeous bathroom with shower and roll top bath, accessed by a tunnel, no going outside! The bothy is living area and kitchen. You will enjoy a private hot tub, and a wild flower meadow garden with furniture and a cooking fire pit. Set on a quiet private estate, this awesome retreat is a place to de-stress.

Step inside and you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light and earthy tones. The Hobbit House features a comfortable living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, fridge, and all the necessary utensils.

Escape the ordinary in our charming, grade-II-listed Welsh cottage. Traditional Welsh crogloft is idyllic for a couple. Two children or one additional adult welcomed upon request, sleeping on the sofa bed. Tight squeeze for 4 adults, please request. This retreat combines historic charm with modern comforts. Toddalong Roundhouse is a fantastic straw bale retreat! Situated just outside the charming village of St Mabyn, nestled in the Cornish countryside, boasting beautiful scenic views. Lying between the picturesque North Cornwall beaches & harbours and the wild expanse of Bodmin Moor. With the South Coast just a little further afield, it's ultimately a wonderful position to explore much of what Cornwall has to offer! Viking Longhouse / Underground Hobbit Tiny house

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.
