Historic Windsor Hotel Room #3

Originally built as a silver miners hotel in 1800’s. It has been in the same family over 100 years. We take great pride in keeping the property historic and not renovated. Step back in time to aged cracked wallpaper in areas from the 1920’s. The floor creaks, the house is crooked, this is an experience, not modern. Most of the furniture is original antiques from the proprietors past. The bathroom is shared but easily as our guests are adventurists and leave at all different hours of the morning.

At 10 yrs of rentals, we are still nearly perfect! Sales and lodging taxes, Short-Term Rental Lic posted on site or online w/ owner. 1st floor, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Electronically secured doors, private patio off studio. Kitchen fully appointed, with full size appliances. There's a full boutique bath with a 6 ft soaker tub. Out the back entrance towards parking area, and not in picturesque view from patio is supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway.

Colorado Hiking & Skiing B&B

We have 4 rooms to choose from. Two are King Size, one has queen bed and one has two double beds. All are spacious and have comfortable beds with cozy duvets. All rooms accommodate two persons each. Like many mountain properties we are on a septic system, and the number of bathrooms are limited. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Please use your individual caddies provided for your personal bathroom items.

We are located only 300 yards away from the Rocky mountain National Park A Secluded location in Estes Park away from the chaos of downtown. Right on the Big Thomson river with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy abundant wildlife. Nearby trails access the extensive park trail system and the YMCA of the Rockies. Our double queen lodge room is located inside one of the largest log lodge buildings in the west. It’s a grand rustic lodge with impressive lobby with large views in all directions. Each room contains a full private bath, desk and chair. There is plenty to do so you won't even miss the TV. We do have free Wi-Fi for our guests - no password needed.
