Historic Windsor Hotel Room #3

Originally built as a silver miners hotel in 1800’s. It has been in the same family over 100 years. We take great pride in keeping the property historic and not renovated. Step back in time to aged cracked wallpaper in areas from the 1920’s. The floor creaks, the house is crooked, this is an experience, not modern. Most of the furniture is original antiques from the proprietors past. The bathroom is shared but easily as our guests are adventurists and leave at all different hours of the morning.

At 10 yrs of rentals, we are still nearly perfect! Sales and lodging taxes, Short-Term Rental Lic posted on site or online w/ owner. 1st floor, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Electronically secured doors, private patio off studio. Kitchen fully appointed, with full size appliances. There's a full boutique bath with a 6 ft soaker tub. Out the back entrance towards parking area, and not in picturesque view from patio is supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway.

Max Occupancy - 2 Adults (If traveling with children, we require children to be 12+ years) These King bed rooms are all located on the 2nd level of the main lodge building. They have have fireplaces as well as balconies that overlook both Fall River and the mountains. They all include the standard amenities, which include: mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, coffee, flat screen television, cable and complimentary internet (Wi-Fi). + Access to Community Hot Tub Located on Front Deck

Historic St James Family Suite

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay in Historic Downtown Georgetown, Colorado. One block from the Main Street in Downtown where all the action is. Nice location that is still quiet and one block from the action. Built in 1875, the St James Hotel has had many uses over the years, most recently renovated back to a hotel in 2024. Unique experience!

Winter Park Chateau: Bear - Luxury Boutique Hotel

Un-bearable views! The king size retreat has it all, space to lounge, a walk-in closet, mini-fridge, coffee station, double sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower, debatably large TV for size of space, a desk and thoughtful touches throughout. Great for groups up to 4 with the queen sofa bed.
