Bwthyn Gwaelod is a charming stone cottage - a former boat house then artists studio. The cottage itself has been sympathetically refurbished and sleeps 2 people in one double room. It is ideally situated : a peaceful location yet close to all amenities and just a minutes walk away from the shops and cafes, the harbour and the award winning beach. Snowdonia and the Mawwdach Estuary offering stunning scenery, walks and trails is on your doorstep. Barmouth offers something for everyone all year !

Y Bwthyn (The Cottage)

Cosy and comfortable traditional Welsh cottage with character. Built in the 1850's for quarry/railway workers the cottage is now fully modernised and in a quiet, relaxing location. There are amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife on the rivers and estuaries just a short walk from the cottage. The cottage is ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the high street for shops , takeaways, cinema, pubs and dining out. Tallylyn Pendre station is a short distance from the cottage

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

An excellent base for mountain biking in Coed-y-Brenin, biking or walking the easy-going Mawddach trail, exploring Snowdonia and visiting the stunning beaches of the West Wales coast.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Book now for your Summer break in this cosy coastal cottage..... Llwyn Du cottage is located in the popular seaside village of Llwyngwril. Nestled at the foot of mountain walks and 4 minutes walk from the beach. This former dairy sleeps up to 6 people, also open rear garden and parking. This characterful cottage is oozing with charm but has modern day essentials such as WiFi and Sky TV. There is also a snug which serves as another livingroom/bedroom, perfect for older children or a couple.

Chester House - between the mountains and the sea

A stylish, very spacious 3-bedroom stone cottage, recently refurbished to a high, boutique-style standard. Sleeps 6 people. Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.

Escape to Snowdonia at Bryn Meurig Farmhouse. Right on the Wales Coast Path in the National Park, enjoy the best of both seaside and mountains. Set on a rural smallholding, with a few friendly farm animals overlooking the sea and in the foothills of Cader Idris. A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

High on the ridge between two river valleys, the cottage has panoramic mountain views and blends modern comforts with historical charm. It provides a great location for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and is an ideal base for outdoor activities, family holidays or a quiet escape.

Close to the sandy beaches of Fairbourne, Tywyn and Barmouth and in the heart of fabulous walking country, this cottage will give you a tranquil break with nothing to disturb you but birdsong and the sound of the sea. We accept 1 dog which must be housetrained.

Our one bedroom cottage, Tree Tops, lies in the Snowdonia National Park close to the beaches of Ardudwy, near Harlech on the west coast of Wales. Behind this coastal strip lie the Rhinog Mountains, giving marvellous choices of climbing and walking terrain. The cottage is well equipped, of contemporary design and has balcony with sea view.
