The changing tides offer opportunities for sea swimming, fishing, crabbing and paddle boarding to name a few and the mountains are just a stone’s throw away. With 7 bedrooms, 3 Living rooms, dining room, dining-kitchen and 4 bathrooms there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy the house.O

Private Cottage & Hot Tub, by beach and mountains

Located in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, right by an award winning beach, with the foothills of Cadair Idris and the famous 'Blue Lake' behind it. The area has fantastic walking and cycling attractions, to suit all abilities and experience. Coed-y-Brenin Mountain Bike Centre is close by, as is the family friendly Mawddach Trail. The sandy and gently sloping beach is a few minutes walk away, and is always quiet, perfect for families. We welcome up to two dogs, but unfortunately, not cats.

Nestled at the foot of Cader Idris overlooking the beautiful Mawddach estuary, Erw Fair is perfectly located for exploring southern Eryri (Snowdonia National Park. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one king, en suite and one twin) and would be perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

Fronallt is a timber-framed 1930s cottage sitting on a hillside. Walking, it's 15 minutes to the beach & 8 minutes from Fairbourne train station. There are great walks straight from the house & it's convenient for Cader Idris. We renovated it ourselves - using mainly wood to create a place we love. It's warm, quirky and cosy with an imperfect finish... just how we like it. It has fantastic sea views and a fun, steep garden. It sleeps 8 adults comfortably, but can extend to 10 at a push.

LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND.......Enjoy SUPERB SEA VIEWS and a very warm welcome at our cottage, half way down a short cliff in the beautiful Cardigan Bay, 5 minutes from Fairbournes' sandy beach and 20mins from Talyllyn Steam Railway. Our ensuite guest room has a kitchenette & double bed. We promise, the views from your private balcony, will amaze you and yes, dolphins may make an appearance. My sister & I welcome you to our little retro style holiday home that’s been in our family for generations and have been coming to ourselves since we were little nippers! Technology free zone - our mum used to say we don’t come here to watch TV so to keep her traditions alive we’ve stuck by this - perfect opportunity to reacquaint yourself with the great outdoors and embrace your idyllic surroundings!

Ideal base for families, cyclists and walkers looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park. It's rural location with beautiful surroundings make the perfect setting for a relaxing retreat.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.

A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.
