Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

The Field Shelter

The Field Shelter is located on a working farm in the heart of the Cotswolds. Nestled amongst trees behind the yard you can sit and enjoy the a stunning view of the rolling fields, and if you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of the deer. In the summer you can enjoy watching horses and tractors in the fields below. There is an enclosed garden with a fire pit (subject to weather), table and chairs. There is a fridge, toaster and kettle, and tea, coffee and snacks left in the kitchen.

Little Pippins - Cotswold Staycation.

A unique one bedroom detached stone cottage built in 1807, with far reaching views over the historic village of Avening to Gatcombe Wood. The recently refurbished house, with log burning stove, south facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, bedroom, en-suite and dry stone walled courtyard garden, will provide a cosy retreat. The cottage is available with a super king size bed. Alternatively, twin beds with prior notice. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

The Summerhouse is a detached stone cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, set within it's own large private garden. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a country pub The Old Neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Spring Cabin

Tucked away in a remote spot over looking the Golden Valley , this peaceful retreat is the ideal place for your weekend getaway . Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .
