Old Farm, Built 1580's, Nr Bath, Wells & Cheddar

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. The Cowshed

The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

Contemporary studio annexe in Temple Cloud

Situated just off the A37 on the edge of the Mendip hills. The ideal base for visiting Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bath and Bristol. All within a 25 minute drive. There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

The Cobblers, detached retreat near Bath & Bristol

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Rose Barn

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

Stylish Detached 1 Bedroom Annexe (sleeps 2)

A newly built, stylish detached 1 bedroom annexe situated close to the high street within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, amenities and regular public transport to Bath, Bristol, Wells and Frome. The town of Glastonbury and the festival is a 25min drive away also ideal location for Vobster Quay Diving Centre. The property is situated near the Norton Radstock Greenway which provides a traffic free route between Midsomer Norton and Radstock.

The Engine House near Bath

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.

Cosy barn style stay in Somerset

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.

The Little House

The 'Little House' is light and spacious with a 'holiday' feel and Moroccan details. It is self contained with it's own parking, entrance, bathroom, and separate utility area. It sleeps 2 adults plus a baby (see pictures of travel cot. Ideal for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Chew Valley Lake (all within 10-12 miles drive) plus Longleat, Glastonbury, Stourhead, Tyntesfield, Stone Henge etc...(all within an hour or so)

The Old Beauty Room

A bright and airy self contained studio garden room, located in the village of Paulton. The room offers a comfortable double bed, TV, separate W.C & electric shower. There is also tea & coffee making facilities as well as a toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and full size iron and ironing board. Outside is your own private area with bistro set for you to enjoy.
