Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Bluebell Bothy Country cabin in Woodland setting

Pretty cabin, recently refurbished, set in ancient woodland and tranquil setting. Ideal location for attending any local events around the area. Secluded, but not off the beaten track; ample parking with pathway leading to Bothy, approx 2 min walk. Additional camping can be included in your booking should you wish to bring further friends/family that enjoy sleeping under the stars! Do enquire. 😊 Opportunity to relax in a peaceful setting surrounded by birdsong and babbling brooks.

A charming self contained annex situated in front of the main house just off the A264. It has it's own separate entrance so you can come and go at any time, own decking with outside sitting area to enjoy a cup of tea outside and has ample secure parking. The annex includes ample parking spaces. Long/short visits welcome. Work/holiday. Bright & spacious with an airy feel, clean and refurbished to high standard. Open plan kitchen/living/dining. Washing machine. Good hotel alternative.

Charming 17th century Barn conversion. Restored with every attention to detail, abundance of character & exposed beams, fully equipped kitchen, attractive bathroom with roll top bath & rain shower. Just 14 minutes from Gatwick Airport/Station & the Express into London takes only 30 minutes, yet the Barn is set in open countryside, surrounded by fields, on an Equestrian property

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Garden Pavilion

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex. Horley rail station, less than 10 minutes walk, provides easy and fast access to both Central London and Brighton.

In the Heart of Beautiful Sussex

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Primrose Cottage is a modern home with all the modern facilities, WiFi, TV’s in all rooms, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable, ample off street parking for approx 8 cars. Covid 19 caution During your stay to keep everyone save we will not be entering the premises until you leave. I will make sure that their is enough bathroom towels thoughtfully your stay.
