A beautiful beamed chocolate box cottage with fireplace, private hot tub and pizza oven within an enclosed pretty courtyard garden, with masseuse and private chef available to book too for special occasions. Pet friendly, and part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk, it is within the heart of the village near willow trees and a river set in a pretty conservation area. There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

Spend a little time savouring the delights of Suffolk in this little gem of a cottage so close to the beaches of Walberswick and Southwold. Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head 10 minutes walk away. I guarantee you will want to return. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog and please add this when you make your booking through Airbnb. Due to the nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm.

No. 2 Constable Court, Lavenham, Suffolk

A renovated Cottage, cleaned by the owner. Located in the centre of Medieval Lavenham, just a few minutes walk to the Market Square and High Street. Lavenham is one of the finest examples of a medieval town in the UK. The town has over 300 buildings listed, which are of architectural and historical importance. Constable Court benefits from all modern conveniences and one private parking place. There is a free car park 5 minutes walk from the property with EV charging facilities.

Lavender Cottage, off the beaten track in Suffolk

This country cottage dates to 1880. It is on the outskirts of Wenhaston, 5 miles from the coast. It is a real escape to the country, overlooking Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve. With cows grazing and birds singing it seems idyllic. Lavender cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, a king size master, double bedroom and single bedroom. The modern kitchen/diner with new appliances has dining for 6, while the cosy living room has a log burner. Accessed down a bridle path.

Rose Cottage

Near the Sea and RSPB Minsmere Bird reserve also the towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold. The cottage has fields in-front filled with alpacas and behind fields of cereals.We have off road Parking, under floor heating. Private Patio garden and shared access to a large garden. We supply all bedding and the 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 with a fully equipped Kitchen. From July 23 we have built a another holiday home next door called Lilac cottage. This cottage sleep 6 people.

Hour Cottage, Grade II Listed Victorian Cottage

A Grade ll listed Victorian Cottage set in the heart of the Medieval Village of Lavenham in Suffolk. Lavenham is the perfect place to visit and enjoy an all year round selection of festivals and events. There are many award winning galleries and boutique shops to browse with plenty to do and explore in the surrounding area. The appearance of the village has changed little over the years: half-timbered crooked houses lean majestically over the narrow streets.

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
