There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

The annex is open plan and vibrant with all fresh decor, a great place for a cosy staycation, Ferndown is a small town with all your essential requirements. Ferndown offers a public swimming pool, children's park, playing fields, skate park, country walks, supermarket, country pubs and restaurants.

My little garden room offers a comfortable double bedroom with en suite facilities. The suite is a private detached garden lodge. I have off road parking and am situated close to the airport. Lovely walks along the River Stour and just a short drive to the beaches of Bournemouth and the beautiful New Forest with a bus stop just moments away.
