Stunning Central Villa by Golf Course & Beach

Our property is a beautiful detached central villa full of facilities built on Leven Links Open Championship Qualifying Golf Course Near St. Andrews, just 100 metres away from the beach. It has incredible views over the golf course, the beach and Largo Law, while situated in a practical location close to all amenities. The beach is considered to be one of the top beaches in Scotland for swimming, bathing and recreation, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

This luxury detached villa in a quiet cul-de-sac its the perfect stay in the quaint fishing village of Anstruther. The villa is a 10 minute walk down to the harbour where you’ll find a great marina with an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars & not forgetting our Famous Fish & Chips. We are a 15 minute drive from the Historic town of St Andrews the home to golf. Edinburgh Airport is a one hour drive away.
