The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. Through your own front door you enter a comfortable and spacious self-contained apartment - lounge with kitchen adjoining, Double Bedroom (with single sofa bed* or cot) and Bathroom (no bath just a shower). Continental breakfast included on first night. Short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants, perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. *sofa bed is within the bedroom

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
