Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Stable House, Orchard Studio - beautiful view

The Orchard Studio is the newly renovated annexe to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors out onto a private patio with wonderful views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Detached thatched cottage within the grounds of our charming family home Fern Cottage, a 16th Century house in the centre of Clipston village. Originally two workers' cottages. Guest accommodation is completely separate from the main house and is self contained. We also have additional NEW accommodation within our grounds which can be found on our hosting page "New Light, bright and bijou".
