The en-suite bathroom has a shower, WC and basin, with fresh towels and toiletries. Relax in the sun room and enjoy sea views of the English Channel — on clear days you can even see France. Free off-street parking is available on our private driveway.

Featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine and used as a venue for film, fashion and music shoots, this stylish apartment offers up to 4 guests the chance to experience Broadstairs in a peaceful, scenic location. A 15 min. walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 sandy beaches and the village area of Reading St and it's famed cafe. With local amenities and bus stops nearby Seagull’s Rest will make a great base for you to explore Romney Marsh and the surrounding area.

Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Self-contained dwelling

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful village oasis near the white cliffs of Dover. A 5 minute walk to the picturesque St Margarets Bay beach and local shops, restaurants and cafes. A self contained double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery allows basic self catering. There is WiFi and a smart TV. There is a small seating area inside and another available outside on a patio area. A simple breakfast of cereals and croissants.

Eastbrook Studio

1 Bedroom self contained studio, with private entrance(and includes self check in) , which is situated along a beautiful quiet lane, it also has it's own private parking on driveway. The studio comprises of a bedroom, bathroom (wet room)and kitchenette area, which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, there is also a washing machine if guests wish to use. There is an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
