Penny Bun Cabin, A Little House in The New Forest

Arrive at the end of your mile long driveway to an oasis of calm. Switch off your phones, turn off devices and unplug while you relax in this contemporary little log house, away from the outside world. Situated in the tranquil New Forest countryside with direct access to explore the New Forest terrain and neighbouring Jurassic Coast and beaches. Designed, built and managed using eco-sensitive practices Penny Bun allows you space and time to relax and take a break from the strains of life.

The open New Forest is literally outside our gate-no need to get in your car! Little Gate House is a newly refurbished countryside retreat nestled within a tranquil area DIRECTLY in the beautiful New Forest National Park. A cosy self-contained cabin with enclosed garden & large elevated south facing decked balcony with gorgeous views. Big open skies, stunning sunsets and nature galore. Pubs, farm shop & 2 cafes all an easy walk. 1 dog allowed - £25 total (please enquire if more than one).

Stylish Barn Conversion

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

Cross Farmhouse is an established luxurious self catering retreat and an SME Award Winner - Best of British Getaways 2025. The beautiful New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB are on our doorstep. The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

New Forest Edge Shepherd's Lodge

Half a mile from the New Forest, Shepherd’s Lodge is hidden away at the the end of a long garden. It has a wood burning stove, electric heating, patio and it’s own fenced garden. The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Well behaved dogs welcome but must not be left alone. Stabling for a horse at extra cost.

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Large quirky house in the New Forest

A large, quirky split level, detached 3 bedroom town house in the heart of Fordingbridge, it offers something a little bit different! There are 2 wings to the house making privacy and space perfect for 2 or 3 couples, a large family, a group of friends or a couple of smaller families wishing to holiday together. We welcome dogs too. Due to the nature of the house and it's split levels there are lots of stairs so please call for advice if you have very young crawling children!

The bathroom is has a luxurious bath and a large sunflower shower . The walks from the gate are truly spectcular. You won’t want to leave!

Wylye Valley Guest Cottage

The perfectly designed place for your country break, a pit stop en route to Cornwall or a place to flop for a country wedding. Relax by the wood burner or have a deep soak in the bath in winter, and enjoy the gardens and sun soaked terrace in the summer. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Smithfield Farm Shepherds hut

Our lovely Shepherds hut is located in the idyllic village of Godshill and offers stunning views across The New Forest National park. With direct forest access it is the perfect place for walkers, cyclists or simply a peaceful retreat for those wanting an opportunity to relax, switch off and curl up with a book and get back to nature. Situated on a working commoning farm , it really is 'the true New Forest'. Our animals and wildlife surround you.

The Old Boat Shed on the River Avon

Sitting on the edge of the New Forest, our cosy, stylish self-contained guest suite offers a tranquil retreat. With 219 square miles of National Park a 2 minute drive away, for walking and cycling The Old Boat Shed is in a truly unique location for nature lovers seeking serenity and adventure amidst Hampshire's lush landscapes. Situated on the River Avon, we have otters, king fishers and huge numbers of birds resident on the river.

Little Glen Brook

Tucked away within the grounds of 'Glen Brook', 'Little Glen Brook' is a cosy retreat within the New Forest National Park in the hamlet of North Gorley where horses, cattle and donkeys are frequent visitors. With the open forest just beyond the gates and a village pub less than a 3 minute walk away, this is an ideal location to explore all the New Forest has to offer.
