Luxury self-catering for two in the Cotswolds

Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

1-bedroom accommodation in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Within minutes you are walking or riding amongst the trees. Private parking on site, bathroom, kitchenette, sofa seating area and double bed. Centrally located close to the Forests highlights including, Puzzlewood, Cannop Ponds, Forest of Dean Cycle Centre, bike trails, Dean Forest Railway, Mallards Pike, Wenchford Picnic Area, Beechenhurst Sculpture Trail. A short drive from Symonds Yat, Lydney Harbour, Tintern, & the Wye Valley

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Cosy Wye Valley escape: walks, nature & hot tub

Welcome to Fallows Annexe - a recently renovated private guest suite set in woodland in the beautiful Wye Valley. Open up the bi-fold doors and enjoy the sun-trap decking area with BBQ. Sit in the hot tub (new for 2026!) on a starry night and listen to the resident owl! Or snuggle up inside by the cosy bio-fuel burner. Fallows Annexe is located in a walkers paradise just up the hill from Symonds Yat and just across the River Wye from the Forest of Dean. Well-behaved dogs/cats are welcome.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Perfect for a secret romantic break. Situated conveniently for Burford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, you can explore South Cotswolds.

Peregrine Hideaway

Peregrine hideaway is at the end of a track, nestled in the ancient and beautiful Forest of Dean with footpaths from the door into the Forest. It is ideal for walking, cycling, exploring and adventuring or just relaxing in the beautiful garden or the woods. We always enjoy meeting and hosting our guests and are also mindful of giving privacy. You have your own separate entrance and the garden, although situated within ours is separated off and not used by anyone else

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Isel Ysgubor (Low Barn) in beautiful countryside.

Isel Ysgubor (Low Barn in Welsh) is a one bedroom converted premises. It is located in an idyllic quiet part of Monmouthshire with many wonderful walks, cycle and running areas in the general locality. Monmouth town centre is approximately 10 minutes drive away, where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, superstores, pubs and the sort of facilities that one would expect to find in an old Market Town. A place to be enjoyed through all of the seasons.

Newly renovated cosy one bedroom apartment attached to a Grade II Listed Regency Georgian Villa. This is 1 of 2 lets available. It has a small private patio area with a bistro table suitable for up to 2 guests. It is a nice easy 10 to 15 minutes flat walk to Monmouth town centre shops and restaurants. Ideally located for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons and beyond. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Luxury Cotswold Lodge |Stunning View of Cheltenham

Enjoying spectacular views this 2 bedroom, dog friendly lodge sits on the top of Leckhampton Hill, enjoying easy access to the famous ‘Cotswold Way’ walk and is a 5 minute drive from the town centre of regency Cheltenham. The Lodge also includes a 3.5m outdoor kitchen looking over The Malvern Hills. The kitchen includes a large built in BBQ, a pizza oven and sink.

Set on Cleeve Hill, this converted chapel is a unique and peaceful getaway. Located on the Cotswold Way, it is ideal for walkers, is dog friendly and has fabulous views. Next door is the Rising Sun pub and it is a short walk to Cleeve Hill Golf Club. It is also perfect for horse-racing enthusiasts with the Cheltenham Racecourse close by.
