We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Woodcutters Lodge: A Rural Haven

Nestled beside a 99 acre ancient woodland, the lodge is an escape to peaceful rural life where you're surrounded by nature and wildlife. The perfect place to unwind, the lodge envelops you in cosy luxury with eco-friendly products, beautiful linens and tranquillity in abundance. The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

The Dairy @ Street Farm Barns

The Dairy is completely self-contained and located in the pretty, peaceful village of Hardwick, just 12 miles south of historic Norwich. Its conversion from a farm building (a dairy!) was completed in 2018. It is perfect for couples but, because of its space and the full-double sofa-bed in the living room, it can comfortably sleep 4. It is a a great base for walks in the surrounding countryside, visiting Norwich, the Waveney Valley, the Norfolk Broads, or the beautiful Norfolk/Suffolk coasts.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

We are situated in an idyllic rural location, surrounded by country lanes and fields with stunning views over the Norfolk countryside. The area is perfect for anyone interested in walking and cycling in the beautiful Waveney Valley. The property dates back to early 19 century and has been restored to a high standard with modern finishes to make your stay comfortable at any time of year.

Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Drift lodge is a renovated cosy cabin with hot tub

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Set in 6 acres of our family home overlooking the beautiful Norfolk countryside, We are dog friendly with a separate exercise field. There are lots of footpaths directly from the site and very popular roads for cyclists or just relax and unwind in our hot tub. With the city of Norwich only 15 miles with it castle or the market towns of Wymondham and Diss there’s lots to visit in the area. The village pub is just a 10 min walk

The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.
