Well equipped for couples, groups or families with open plan living, 3 bedrooms (over two floors) & two bathrooms (one en-suite). Parking for one car on drive.

The Garden Studio in the Heart of Bury St Edmunds

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

The Hare’s Retreat, Great location & dog heaven!

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.

Stylish private annexe set in one acre of secluded wooded gardens located in Great Barton Village 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Bury St Edmunds . The annexe is comprised of an upstairs bedroom with a king sized bed, downstairs, a large lounge/dining table with Sofa Bed, Smart TV/Blu-Ray & Sky, Kitchenette, Bathroom with bath/shower. holistic & facial therapies available on site through head2soul.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.
