This private garden level apartment situated on a small lake features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room, full bath. Perfect for a family of four, privacy for you, real beds for the kids. The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One well behaved, small dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please contact the owner before booking with a pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

“Studio 812” in Old Town Loveland

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.
