Old Town Carriage House - near CSU and Old Town!

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Fully licensed.

Modern Bungalow in Old Town

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Whether you are visiting Fort Collins for the first time, or are a frequenter to this lovely city, this home will make you and your friends/family feel welcome. Take the lovely 7 minute walk down Mountain Ave to downtown or stay in and enjoy all the kitchen amenities you could want plus a fire pit and grill outside. Enjoy free parking, lots of veggies from the garden (when in season), and some of the best complimentary coffee you'll ever have.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Easy access to the Poudre Trail & a 15 minute drive to Horsetooth Reservoir. We put our heart & soul into renovating The Loft, and we love sharing our space with others. Feel like a true CO local while staying here!

Old Town Guest House/Studio

Old Town Fort Collins detached / private guest house. This modern sunny and clean guest house/studio is above the owner's detached garage. It has a private entrance and oversized deck. It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
