The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Spacious one bedroom annex in Hampshire village

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The Hayloft, a spacious and charming period barn

The Hayloft is a stunning, converted early 19th century barn with old wooden beams and period charm. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.

Lyde Cottage Wilton

Lyde Cottage, is a 3 bedroom open plan, fully accessible holiday let. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The Farm is criss-crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas and other farmyard animals.

Open Plan Barn near Hungerford and Marlborough

Nestled beside a manor house and surrounded by five acres of gardens, this sumptuous and comfortable open-plan barn offers a relaxing countryside retreat. Ideally located near the charming market towns of Hungerford and Marlborough, it provides the perfect base for exploring the local area. The barn is ideal for a couple or a single guest seeking a quiet and comfortable stay. In the morning, guests can enjoy a simple breakfast selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Lotus Car Spa & Horse Hut

Yes, that is a hot tub in a Lotus Elan! On the outskirts of Medstead village, in the corner of a field where shire horses once roamed, you’ll find a tiny home like no other. Once hauled to and fro for Polo and Shire shows, The Horse Hut has been lovingly transformed into a luxury holiday stay—while maintaining its horsey heritage. Whether you're soaking in the Lotus Spa or sitting back on the verandah, take in the beautiful vista of the Hampshire countryside and Hattingley Valley.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Kites Nest is charming and well appointed one bedroom apartment on the grounds of Hungerford Park, minutes from the town of Hungerford, a historic market town in the heart of the North Wessex Downs of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by stunning countryside and picturesque villages. An ideal location for exploring Berkshire, Hampshire, Wilshire and Oxfordshire and within easy access to the M4 and Hungerford station which gives access to London Paddington.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

The Yurt offers Glamping on another level.Timber framed with decked outside area there is everything you could wish for,fully equipped with smart tv, woodburner, double bed & sofa,bespoke kitchen with toaster,kettle,microwave, retro fridge,2 ring hob & full Belfast sink.The bathroom has a toilet, shower & vanity basin & Outside is the added extra of a decked area perfect for alfresco dining & to enjoy the hot tub!
