This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Cicada Glen Cottage is a beautiful, unique place to stay. The cottage is situated at the rear of a semi rural property that is home to a native nursery and bush regeneration business. It is an 8 minute drive to Mona Vale and the beach. The cottage was built in the 1920s with many of the original features retained giving it a very quirky character. Unfortunately the cottage isn't suitable for children under 12 yrs due to the water features and vintage glass used in the original windows.

A garden apartment with a large double bedroom and bathroom / laundry, lounge room, and self contained kitchen. A hop, skip and jump to the city and Chatswood bus service and walking distance to local shops. If you have a car, there is ample street parking.

Frenchs Forest Granny Flat

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage - the northern beaches, the hospital, Forestway shopping centre and buses to the city and Manly etc. The bedroom has a brand new Queen sized bed and mattress. There is a second bedroom available with a king sized single bed for an additional fee of $50 per night. The flat itself is only 4 years old.
