Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

School Cottage, Shernborne, Sandringham Estate

School Cottage is a charming hideaway nestled within the grounds of a former period school, right in the heart of the Royal Sandringham Estate. The peaceful village of Shernborne sits just a stone’s throw from the King’s country residence and only a short drive from the stunning beaches of the North Norfolk coast. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 pet. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants.

The Old Cowshed

Romantic bolt hole for two. A cosy tastefully decorated place with all the comforts of home.The Old Cow Shed is a chic, beautifully refurbished property, situated in Pott Row which is about 4 miles from Sandringham and a 15 minute drive to the coast. A fabulous romantic bolthole for two. The accommodation is of a very high specification with granite work tops in the kitchen, oak flooring throughout and quality linens and fluffy bath robes.

Luxury Shepherds Hut in West Norfolk

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.
