This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Self-contained ground floor seaside micro home with parking 50m from sandy beach. Very small - total size 19x9ft bedroom with table, chairs, 4ft6 double bed + single chair bed. However, if the single bed is folded out, there is no floor space at all. Kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle, hob, microwave. Washer/dryer Shower room with electric shower, basin & loo Own entrance & parking on drive. Annexe to owner's home. Pets welcome Not interested in hosting critics giving less than 5*

Rules: Dogs welcome out front and to left of hut as face sea No stove, but get hot drinks at nearby Connaught Ave cafes.

Beach front house is a beautiful 2 bedroom house across the road from the beach . You come out of your front door turn to the right and you can see the sea a stones throw away with its own single parking space round the back . It has two large bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people . Beautiful all year round !
