The Old Sir Walter Tyrrell House is a 4 bedroom detached property situated in the beautiful countryside of The New Forest National Park. Sensitively and sustainably saved from dereliction, it is now a luxurious place for friends and family to relax. The main house sleeps 8 persons,if you are a group of 10 there is also an adjoining, totally self contained cottage,ideal for parents, grandparents, aupairs or anyone looking for a separate space for a further 2 persons (at a small additional cost)

'The Loft' is situated in Emery Down, a beautiful village in the heart of the New Forest where livestock roams free. This welcoming newly refurbished apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and access to a pretty garden space - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Walking and cycle routes (and a popular pub) can be reached in moments, local amenities are within walking distance in the forest’s capital Lyndhurst and sandy beaches are a short drive away. Private parking is available.

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Built in 1840 to house workers making bricks this charming extended semi-detached cottage has been lived by the same family of New Forest commoners for the last 50 years. Recently tastefully refurbished to a high standard, STRIDE Cottage is a much loved comfortable family home which maintains the character of the traditional New Forest cottage whilst offering spacious, modernised, comfortable living. New Forest Large Shepherd's Hut with Stables

Beautiful, large Shepherd's Hut (20' x 12') in your own peaceful, private space between the garden & the fields - perfect to explore the New Forest. Bring your walking shoes, bikes & horses. Beautiful place for artists, yoga and meditation. There's a stream for you to go and sit by and you can often see deer in the fields next to you. Sit by the firepit and listen to the owls. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.

This Old Dairy in The New Forest, Bramshaw, has been converted from a traditional working dairy into a beautiful self catering cottage on a quaint county farm. Ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep and deer roam freely throughout the countryside all year. Ideal for couples and small families to enjoy: horse riding, cycling, walking and the famous Peppa Pig World within a 10 minute drive. There are also lots of traditional English pubs to enjoy.
