Glennhouse Getaway

Glennhouse Getaway is an elevated nature escape that is conveniently located between downtown South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck, MI. It is beautifully surrounded by a private beach, sand dunes, driftwood, beach stones, and Lake Michigan. Enjoy the wrap around spacious deck, gameroom, the sunset on the beach (only 7min walk) or the stars at night by the firepit. Any meals can be enjoyed on our three season porch as well. Enjoy your stay in our carriage house on 10 acres 10 minutes from Saugatuck or South Haven, watch the sunset from your deck, collect fresh chicken eggs in the morning from the coop for breakfast. In season pick fresh vegetables from the garden or blueberries. We also have two female peacocks and one male (during mating season they do squawk) Tour the local wineries, local breweries relax on our beautiful beaches, hiking trails in the Allegan Forest.Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
