Voor wie rust en mooie natuur zoekt Vanuit ons verblijf wandel je zo de natuur van het Provinciaal Groendomein Hertberg in, tot 2004 eigendom van de prins de Merode. Sindsdien heeft Hertberg zijn eigenheid behouden als grootste deelgebied van www landschapsparkdeMerode be Diverse Horeca (spijs&drank) in de zeer nabije omgeving. Goede verbinding met autostrades naar Antwerpen, Brussel,... Gastvrije eigenaars (geschakelde woning) kunnen op uw vraag tips geven. Privacy wordt gerespecteerd.

Hooistek is een gezellig en vrij modern vakantieverblijf achter een landelijke, vrijstaande woning, gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf afrit Geel Oost van de E313. Hooistek heeft een eigen ingang, beschikt over gratis Wifi. Bij het vakantieverblijf hoort een privé-sauna die apart te boeken is. Ontbijten kan tegen een kleine meerprijs. Natuurgebied Gerhaegen bevindt zich op wandelafstand; prinsheerlijk De Merode is nabij, evenals Averbode en Diest. Talrijke fietsroute netwerken doorkruisen de streek.

De grootste troeven bevinden zich buiten waar een ruim - deels overdekt - terras uitgeeft op eigen strand en vijver in een bosrijke omgeving. Ook is er veel ruimte om auto's op het terrein te parkeren. Lakens en handdoeken zijn niet standaard voorzien, maar kan men wel huren.

Daarenboven is het appartement gelegen op de knooppuntenroute en dus een ideaal vertrekpunt om prachtige fietstochten te maken door de kempen. Fietsenstalling is voorzien!

The pearl of this region is still the viper, one of the rarest reptiles in Flanders. Besides hiking and biking, the area is also suitable for day trips like visiting the 'Lilse Bergen' in summer (4.1km), the abbey of Westmalle (13km), Lilse Golf & Country (2.2km). Antwerp is also with 40km not very far.

De Zandhoef, Delux Kota with private jacuzzi

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. Kom thuis bij het "AmberHuis" (6 fietsen & tandem)

Dit is een ruime vakantiewoning, voor max. 6 personen, gelegen in Tielen/Kasterlee, omringd door bossen, vennen, heiden en weilanden. Winkels, eet- en drankgelegenheden op wandelafstand. De ligging is centraal maar toch rustig, zo ligt het station om de hoek en sta je in 10 minuten in Herentals of Turnhout, Antwerpen in 30 min. Voor fietsers en wandelaars is dit zeker "the place to be"!
