All linen and bath towels provided. Free WiFi. Off-road parking for one small car. Dogs Welcome. Pets will be charged at £25 for the stay. Stunning 16th Century cottage which has been beautifully restored to an exceptionally high standard in the centre of Rye. Shops, restaurants and local pubs are 100 yards away and Camber Sands beach is 3 miles away. Perfect getaway for sight seeing in Rye, attending a wedding or a lazy day on the beach! Easy walk from the station and a short walk to the local play park and leisure centre. Private parking spot for the duration of your stay, which is a godsend in Rye!

Historic Oast house on farm comfortably modernised

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

Willow Cottage is a large four bedroom bungalow in the heart of Camber. It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in less then a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.

Kahytten Beach House on Winchelsea Beach

Kahytten [Danish for ships cabin but also used to describe a fisherman’s retreat] is a cosy and light filled beach house, two minute's walk from the beach in a lovely seaside village with good amenities. Ideal for couple or small family. Well equipped kitchen, central heating and cosy living space. This is a lovely space all year round with beautiful walks on beach and nature reserve.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
