You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. Welcome to Howe Court Accommodation. The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It has its own private entrance and hot tub. Located in a rural area at the end of a bridleway at the foot of the North Downs in Kent. Ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions . Dog friendly. We cater for guests looking for a relaxing night away. We are not a party venue. Music must be kept at a very low level at all times.

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.
