Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming. Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars. A charcoal barbecue is provided. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
