15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
