Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. Villa Bell Aria - Charming Villa in a Green Oasis

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Villa Mediterana

Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

After exploring plenty of great beaches across the island, you can relax taking hot spring bath in terrace.

Charming stonehouse for 4 - 5 persons. This house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one guest toilette, living area and kitchen with dining area. Outdoor area with private pool also has a barbecue and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is full of greenery which makes it very relaxing and enjoyable! Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this house is a perfect choice for your vacation!
