The Sheepcote, our brand new spacious shepherds hut, is based in the Kent High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Its the perfect place for a romantic break.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Ideally situated, guests are spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend their days. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

The Studio, Ticehurst

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Triggs Lodge, Goudhurst, outstanding views

Triggs lodge, an idyllic lodge nestled at the top of a hill with far reaching views across the High Weald of Kent, an AONB. The lodge is a single storey building with stunning countryside views, set in the owners’ grounds with roaming wild peacocks. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, open fireplace and BBQ, ideal for friends and families. Within walking distance of a gastro pub, local shops and numerous NT castles & gardens. You can also walk for miles from the Lodge's doorstep.

Castle Cottage, Wadhurst

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

The Tower House - Unique Church Conversion

Crafted from the Chancel and adjoining Tower of the former All Saints Church, the property offers great space for guests, with three individually designed bedroom suites and a fourth bedroom from the easily converted Top Floor Library / Study. Enjoy socialising in the cavernous dining hall, relax in the sumptuous lounge area or make use of the large patio area in the secluded private gardens. Just moments from local shops and eateries, a perfect spot in the heart of the village.

The Lodge

Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Little White Studio

The Little white studio offers a perfect blend of the beauty and peace of rural Kent and with all the comforts of home to relax and unwind. The private outside space offers country views and wonderful sunsets. Set on a quiet lane one mile from Goudhurst village this newly built contemporary barn style studio is a great base for walkers, cyclists, garden lovers and even water sports at nearby Bewl Water. Look out for selected lower prices per night on Mondays to Thursdays

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Hopper Hut self-contained accommodation

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Today, following extensive restoration, the unique square building welcomes visitors once again. Nestled on a working farm in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers sweeping views of Bewl Water reservoir and surrounding farms. A perfect weekend base from which to explore South East England.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Summer House

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.
