Beautiful, cozy Log Home, located in Downtown Grand Lake, just steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, trails and lake activities. Walking distance to everything there is to do in town, across from the town parking lot where you can park your trailer, boat or large vehicle for the whole duration of your stay. Built in 1901 and constantly renovated to keep up with our guests needs. Newly added Hot Tub (see house rules) lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air in the comfort of a 100 degree tub.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. Walk To Lake~Downtown~Couples Retreat. Don't waste your time in cabins outside of town limits; this will only keep you from doing your desired activities. Stay with us and experience Grand Lake without all the travel and logistics to find rides into town. Reminder: there are NO ride-shares or public transportation. Make it easy on yourself and your friends; stay with us. I will also allow early check-in as early as 8 am and late checkout if time and cleaning schedules allow it!
