Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. The 3rd bedroom is a sleeping porch that can easily accommodate four. Our family has been living here full time for the past 4 years during which cabin has been remodeled. Therefore you will experience the comforts of home (not a corporate AirBnb) and we ask you treat as you would your own home.

The Golf Cabin is a half mile from the Grand Lake Golf Course, a six minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, and across the hwy from Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Grand Lake. Take a stroll down Main Street where you can rent paddle-boards, kayaks, and enjoy an ice cream right on the boardwalk! The Golf Cabin is a 2.5 hour drive from the Denver Airport.
