LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking for 1 car. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The Studio

Perfectly located between the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury ‘The Studio’ is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Hampshire and Wiltshire countryside including Stonehenge, The New Forest, south coast beaches and National Trust properties. The first floor comprises of a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed and view onto the garden. Outside you will find a secluded garden and private parking space.

Warren Lodge - Self Contained Annexe

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

The Annexe Over Wallop, Stockbridge

Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, close to the border with Wiltshire. Located close to Stockbridge famous for fly fishing and a variety of eateries. It is an easy driving distance to the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. The annexe offers a large open plan area to relax and dine in with a separate kitchen. A double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate WC. Well furnished with WiFi and onsite parking.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Bothy in Over Wallop

The Bothy is detached from the main house offering privacy with a separate entrance. Newly renovated a few years ago the accommodation caters for two people. The bedroom with a king sized double bed is located on the mezzanine floor. The living room area has a sofa and small TV and there is a small dinning table and 2 chairs. The bathroom is off the living room area which has a shower, toilet and sink Please note the property has sloping ceilings upstairs.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.
