Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

A private 1st floor annex apartment within a larger Farmhouse. Own front door into a boot room & upstairs to The Fishing Hut. Ideal for a family of 5, with Master Bedroom, twin room & a single bed (kids). Great for couples or a solo fisherman! Fresh bread provided for lazy mornings with tea & toast in bed (no kitchen, just tea/coffee & a toaster) Amazing walking, fly fishing, pubs (x2 within 20min walk), historic sites all set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Clean quiet small annexe en suite and free parking

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .

‘The Little House’ Studio annex is situated in the heart of Amesbury town centre just 3 miles from the prehistoric monument of Stonehenge and just 8 miles from the medieval city of Salisbury and has excellent links to the A303 which is just a 1 minute drive. There is a handful of restaurants, pubs and pretty river walks all within walking distance.
