Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our luxury yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed. Watch the sunset, gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Set on our farm in a secluded spot overlooking the fields with own firepit and bbq. Studio 114- 1 bedroom guest house.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and also a short walk to river-side cycle track.

You can also purchase entertainment passes which gives you access to much more. We welcome 2 well behaved dogs.
